Personalising Service


In the Azana Collection we have a wide range of luxury gifts which can be professionally engraved to make truly unique keepsake gifts.

To have your gift personalised, all you need to do is fill out the relevant boxes with your own prior to adding the product to your shopping cart with your message. You can then select to have your purchase gift wrapped.

You may notice that some products give you the option to select a font style and some do not. This is due to the fact that some items restrict the way in which the engraving process can be carried out. However, the optimum font style will be chosen for you. The displayed image will give a good representation of your personal message and font, but this should be used as a guide only, as the font and size may vary depending upon the item ordered.

Please take extra care when typing your personalised message and check that your message is shown in your shopping cart prior to checkout. Once you have placed your order we cannot be held responsible for spelling or typographical errors. However, should you need to alter your personalised message after placing your order, you need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, with any requests. Providing your order hasn't gone into production we may be able to implement your requested changes.
